Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below:

Return Eligibility

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange if more than 30 days have passed.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.

  • Items must be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Do not send your return directly to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Downloadable software

  • Gift cards

  • Select health and personal care items

Partial Refunds

In some situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with visible signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or vinyl records

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)

  • Returns made after 30 days from delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company – posting delays may occur.

  3. Contact your bank – some processing time is normal.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit.

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

  • Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
